DESCRIPTION

Canadian Army 'Cotton and Nylon' Fixed-Hood Parka (JR064)

Genuine Canadian Army Extreme Cold Weather (ECW) Parka with fixed wool-lined hood and genuine coyote fur trim. Manufactured by Peerless in the 1970s.

The parka is missing original fabric labels but has been labelled 'Size 5' by a previous owner - this coat has been measured against a verified 'Size 5' canadian parka in our collection to confirm that the handwritten size label is correct. Size 5 (MEDIUM - REGULAR or Nato Size 7080/9505) is intended to fit individuals with chest size 37.6" to 41.5" and height 67" to 71".

This product contains real coyote fur.

Condition:

This item is in visibly used condition with signs of wear typical of used military clothing. The coat has been well-loved and shows evidence of several topstitching repairs and reinforcements to mend small tears and prevent further damage - this leaves the parka looking a bit salty but absolutely solid.

The main closure of this parka is the original 'Lightning' zip in excellent working condition.
