We aim to process your order the same or the very next working day. We offer free delivery to the UK on all orders over £50. Small items will be sent using Royal Mail and larger items will be sent using DHL.
We are happy to accept International orders and do ship to most locations worldwide. Please contact us for a postage quote.
We offer a no-hassle returns policy of 30 days on all orders.
Please be aware that on bulky or slightly heavier orders, residents not on the UK Mainland (including Northern Ireland) may be contacted for additional postage costs.
Next day delivery orders must be received before 12 noon to be dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability) and is only available Monday to Friday. This delivery service is only available to UK Mainland residents.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase simply return the items to us within 30 days from the date you ordered it.
We advise that all returns are sent via a signature on receipt service. We take no responsibility for any goods that are damaged or lost in the post, whilst being returned to us.
Please write a brief note explaining the goods are unsuitable. Provided the goods are unused and with original tags and labels, we will refund cost of goods. We will not refund goods without receipts.
