Genuine British Army Mk6A Combat Helmet Large with MTP Cover [WH55]

Genuine British Army Mk6A Combat Helmet Large with MTP Cover

An original British Army issue Mk6A combat helmet, supplied in size Large and complete with a genuine-style British MTP camouflage helmet cover.

Introduced as an improved development of the long-serving Mk6 helmet, the Mk6A provided enhanced ballistic protection and an improved internal harness while retaining the distinctive profile of the earlier British combat helmet.

The Mk6A saw operational service with British forces during the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan before the introduction of the Mk7 helmet, making it an interesting example of modern British military equipment.

Condition

This genuine British Army Mk6A helmet is in good overall condition, showing only minimal signs of previous use and wear.

The helmet shell presents very well, with only light marks and minor signs of handling consistent with genuine military surplus. The internal harness, liner and chin strap are also in very good condition and remain complete and serviceable.

The MTP camouflage cover is similarly in very good condition, with little evidence of wear.

Overall, this is a clean and well-preserved example of a British Army Mk6A helmet
