This item is in used condition with signs of use-related wear, and deterioration typical of the type of material used in early waterproof army clothing. There is noticable flaking / deterioration to the internal seam tape. The ruberized fabric has a sticky/oily feel and may cause marks on other garments or surfaces.
Due to the scarcity of these early waterproofs, this is definitely a good addition to a fashion archive or military collection, but probably not the best choice for practical streetwear if you want our opinion.
