French Army F1 Steel Combat Helmet
Genuine French Armed Forces issue 'Modèle 1978' F1 Pattern steel combat helmet, manufactured around the 1980-2000 period.
We're offering these at a rock-bottom price due to the condition of each helmet so please take care to fully read our description below.
Condition:
All French Army F1 helmets in our stock are in heavily used condition and will have signs of visible wear and damage:
- The steel helmet shell WILL have dents.
- Metal screws and fastenings WILL have signs of rust / corrosion.
- The helmet liner may have some missing parts, such as missing foam pads, or missing chin straps.
- The helmet liner may have broken fasteners and buckles.
- Fabric and leather parts may have tears or holes.
All helmets being sold through this listing have been checked by us to ensure that, despite the damage described above, they are all reasonably suitable for use. Any pieces that were too badly damaged have been removed from this stock.
Please view our listing photographs carefully to see a typical example of what to expect from these ex-issue helmets. Being ex-military items, they may have different markings, or different styles of helmet liners; and please be aware that the liners are mostly complete but are likely to have missing or broken parts.
With a bit of cleaning and repairs; these helmets would be ideal for cosplay, reenactment, airsoft, paintball, or prepping. Or simply used as decorations and props in a military-themed display.
