East German NVA Scarf & Lace Doily

East German Army Land Forces commemorative scarf / handkerchief and lace table cover set. New and unused in original packaging.

These commemorative sets were manufactured in the early 1990s; around the time of the fall of the Berlin Wall; the reunification of Germany; and the dissolution of the East German Army. The sets were distributed freely to all serving personnel in the East German Army as a souvenir of their service in the East German Army.

The packaging reads: 'Ehrenvoll bis zum letzten Tag gedient' / 'Served with honour until the last Day'
