Belgian Army GORE-TEX Sleep System

Rare Belgian Armed forces Bivi Bag, constructed of genuine GORE-TEX branded hard-wearing and breathable waterproof Moisture Vapour Permeable (MVP) fabric. Measures approximately 225cm long, and 100cm across at the widest point.

This bivi bag is in very good used condition with signs of light wear sustained through use. This waterproof sleeping bag case appears to have no holes or tears and the GORE-TEX fabric looks and feels relatively new.

The bag does have areas of sticky residue around the edge of the fastening - this has been caused by duct tape or gaffer tape being added to the bag by a previous owner to cover the Hook & Loop fastenings and prevent them from being used to fasten the bag closed. Some small pieces of this tape remain on the bag and we do believe that the bag can be carefully cleaned to remove the remaining adhesive residue but sadly we do not have the time to clean this up and are selling it at a lower price than these usually go for.

To clarify; the strips of adhesive tape were originally added by the previous owner to silence the Hook & Loop tape fastening and not for the purposes of repairing damage.
