Swiss Army Mountain Troop Alpenflage TAZ Camo Jacket [DR155]

Genuine Swiss army M70 'Alpenflage' / 'TAZ 83' camouflage mountaineering utility jacket in good used condition. This is an earlier example, dated to 1965 which features heavy canvas reinforcements thoughout (compared to later models which swapped canvas for rubberised panels.)

This iconic design is known as the direct inspiration for many military-inspired fashion brands like the C.P. Company Mille Miglia jacket, and Nigel Cabourn outerwear.

Labelled size: 46cm, to best fit 92cm chest / approx. 36" chest.

Condition:

This item is in overall good used condition with signs of normal use-related wear typical of used military clothing.

This jacket is missing the original mesh shroud that pulls down from the top of the hood, it has either been cut or torn away at some point in its life.

The jacket may be a bit creased and dusty from long term storage but can be cleaned up easily. Due to the age and use of the item, there may be some small holes and we cannot guarantee that all pop-fasteners are in perfect working condition, but the overall condition of everything is very good.
