US Army Water Bottle & Cover

Genuine US Army Canteen in excellent ex-issue condition, complete with Olive Green Canteen Cover.

Canteen covers are manufactured in the 1994-2010 period for the US Army. All covers are in very good clean condition with no staining or damage to either fabric or metal components; canteen covers may have signs of wear consistent with general use; such as fading, scuffs, and faded writing.

All plastic bottles are in good ex-issue condition with signs of light use. Due to the surplus nature of the bottles; shapes, styles and markings may vary - a portion of the bottles in our inventory were made in Germany but are the same style and quality as bottles manufactured in the USA. 

All covers feature a small pocket for the storage of water purification tablets. All covers are closed with two pop-fasteners and have two 'Alice' clip attachments at the back.

Most bottles (with legible printing on the cover fabric) have the contract number SP0100. Placing their date of manufacture around 1994.
