Genuine RAF Issue Dress Shoes - UK Size 7 [JN90]

Genuine British Army / RAF Issue Parade Dress Shoes dated to the early 1950s. The soles are marked 'Size 6' but the fit is closer to a modern UK Size 7. In fair used condition considering their age. It is very rare for military clothing items like this to survive to present day, and might be a valuable archival object for students of historical fashion or costume.

Condition:

This item is in used condition with signs of wear typical of used military footwear. There are some small spots of broken stitching, particularly at the back of the heels. Due to the age of the leather, please be prepared to give appropriate treatment to the shoes to restore the leather uppers and soles. These may be fragile and not be suitable for wear without restoration. We would reccomend buyers to use this item for display only.
