US Army Medium A.L.I.C.E. Day Pack (JS11)

Genuine US Army Issue A.L.I.C.E. (medium) day pack with original shoulder straps; the smaller counterpart to the classic 'large' A.L.I.C.E. Rucksack, with cut-down lightweight design. The original markings are very faded and difficult to read but the presence of the 'DSA 100' contract number indicates the bag was manufactured between the period 1966 to 1977. This pack does not have a metal frame or waist belt strap included. Some signs of repairs and reinforcements present on the bag but in good overall condition with no tears, holes, or staining. The rubberised lid is slightly deteriorated which is typical in Alice Packs of this age and condition.
