Used but in great condition - some of them don't look like they have been used at all. They have four large front pockets, two large internal breast pockets, Velcro adjustable cuffs, drawstring waist and bottom, hood which can be rolled up and fastened to the back of the jacket when not in use, full length two way heavy duty zip and Velcro fasten up front.
Can't guarantee they will all come with the wired hood although most do. Brand new are either in packet or packet may have been removed.
